About the event
Ali from Fitbox will be offering a Boxercise class for Families.
Boxercise for Kids is an excellent way for children to stay active. It adds variety to their usual sports activity.
There will be a relaxed mix of races, drills & circuits along with shadow boxing. Children can just play with the gloves and pads if they like. Its a great way for children to burn off some energy!
